About Us

KOKURI is a japanese word and means "little chestnut". When we launched our studio Kokuri in Lüneburg / Germany in 2019, we quickly realized that we had too many beautiful ideas to let them collect dust in a drawer. Ideas need sunlight and want to be seen and heard! For this reason, we have now opened our own brand store, "KOKURI goods", where we want to share some of our ideas with you. From cartoon T-shirts and merchandise to comics and digital content, we want to offer a wide variety of cool things with you.

The team

 

We are Katrin Felder and Sebastian Kempke and we work as illustrators, media designers and comic artists in Lüneburg, south of Hamburg. Katrin looks after the cute animals from "Matsch und Paddel" and Sebastian captures the spooky designs from "Maniac Geek" with his pen.
